10 Longest Living Creatures on Earth

There are more than 8.7 million species found on our beautiful planet earth and every single specie has its own particular life expectancy. The life expectancy varies from specie to specie. Life expectancy depends on some crucial factors such as climate, habitat, nourishment, predators and whether the animal is a prey itself or not.
Size of the creature also plays a major role, as generally seen the smaller animals have a shorter lifespan than the larger ones. The smaller animals have higher body metabolism and have to work or move around more than the bigger ones. And generally, these smaller animals end up as a source of food for the bigger ones.
Here we bring out the 10 longest living creatures on Earth ------

Benefits of Running on a daily basis

Hi friends, today I'm gonna write about the amazing benefits we can have by simply doing some running & exercising daily.
Now, there's a saying that "A healthy body makes a healthy soul". I believe its absolutely right, there are multiple reasons for so. Some of them are as follows-----

1. Helps in proper Blood Circulation: Running involves every single muscle movement in our body. Regular running helps increase the blood pumping capacity of the heart to increase by 20%. Running boosts blood flow to the brain and all other organs of the body and helps them receive oxygenated blood and other nutrients which makes us more productive at our work

2. Increases Bone density & strength: Regular running for about 30 minutes helps increase the bone density in our legs and thereby increases their strength and flexibility, keeps bone diseases away. With more stress applied to the leg muscles and lower body parts, it will gradually strengthen lower body muscles.

3. Improves Mental Health: Running and any other exercise improves our focus, ability to concentrate & boosts our confidence in a great way. It gives us a feeling of satisfaction & relieves stress and depression. And most importantly it makes us feel happy.

 4. Helps in sleep: Its scientifically proven that Running and any other physical exercise which involves movements of most muscles of the body, helps in providing an uninterrupted, undisturbed sleep.

5. Helps in losing weight: If anyone wants to lose weight; running is the best way to do so. Running increases energy requirement of the cells, causing the body to burn more calories and at the same time helping reducing weight. It's theoretically difficult to say how much calories one will burn,it depends on the weight of the person, duration, and speed of running.

Global Warming :The biggest threat to our lives

Its very clear  to the scientists and all the researchers all over the world that Global warming is perhaps  the biggest challenge to be faced by all of us in the near future.Global Warming is the biggest setback of Industrial revolution. In the early days of the Industrial Revolution, no one would have thought that their burning of fossil fuels would have an almost immediate effect on the climate.Recent studies prove that global warming set its feet in some regions as early as the 1800s.

Global warming is the term used to describe a gradual increase in the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere and its oceans, a change that is believed to be permanently changing the Earth’s climate.

CAUSES FOR GLOBAL WARMING & CLIMATE CHANGE

1.Burning of Fossil Fuels:The demand for energy is ever increasing in the modern times.Almost every day there's a new car in the market. With  almost 40,000 new cars being added to the roads each day;so is the demand for more and more fossil fuels.
Over the years various features, designs, technologies  of automobile industry has changed a lot;but still the source of fuel remains the same----the same old petrol & diesel .Even the cars which were used a century ago used the same fuel as we do today. So,with the population growing at an alarming rate,so is the demand for more vehicles & more fossil fuels & all these together pose a even greater threat to our lives. Now is the time to change to a cleaner fuel ; its now or never.

2.Burning Coal for producing electricity:  Of coal’s many environmental impacts, none are as harmful, long term, and irreversible as global warming. Coal has long been used as a sourc
e of energy to produce electricity, run steam engines etc. With the ever increasing number of electronic gadgets in the market today;so is the need for more and more electricity.Every year more than 1.2 billion tons of coal are burnt to fulfill our daily needs.More than 70 percent of the electricity generated all over the world comes from coal. When coal is burned it releases a number of airborne toxins and pollutants. They include mercury, lead, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, particulates, and various other heavy metals.Chemically, coal is  mostly carbon, which, when burned, reacts with oxygen in the air to produce carbon dioxide, a heat-trapping gas. When released into the atmosphere, carbon dioxide works like a blanket, warming the earth above normal limits.

Related image3.Deforestation: Deforestation is the second leading cause of global warming and produces about 24% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Scientist say that deforestation in tropical rainforests adds more carbon dioxide to the atmosphere than the sum total of all the cars and trucks on the world’s roads.Large scale deforestation to build shelter, roads, localities have badly affected the ecosystem by increasing CO2 levels in the atmosphere and also affecting animal habitats badly;thereby leading to extinction of wild species.Forests are home to 80% of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity, according to the International Union of Concerned Scientists.

Top 6 Ways To Motivate Yourself

Hey,Whats up everyone.
This article is going to be unique and inspirational. In this article I'll be some small positive steps towards staying motivated and positive.Hope You will like it --------

1.Reduce your to-do list to just a few items : An over-stuffed packed schedule can be really bone breaker and it kills motivation from within .So, the best thing to do is to sort out a proper plan of going through the day and sticking to a "one thing at a time"...in this way it becomes quiet easy and thereby focus on our goals in a much better way.

2.Don't forget about the breaks : Working hard is good, but working in a smart planned manner is much better. Some time's while working continously over long periods,it becomes a bit frustrating or boring.
Thus to get back our concentration and focus back ,its important to take breaks inbetween;to renergise and stay focused.

3.Setting smaller targets : Its absolutely fine for anyone to have a big & ultimate goal infront of us,and work on it.But to stay motivated on a long far reaching goal is somehow tough. So,its better to set smaller targets which we think we can achieve within a shorter duration ;which ultimately are stepping stones to our ultimate goal.

4. Exercising every day : Regular exercise for about 20-30 minutes if possible even more, reduces our stress levels, keeps us fit, keeps our mind focused about the better thing in life.....and most importantly makes us feel happy .There are endless benefits of exercising daily.

5.Look back to your successes: At the end of the day, before going to sleep;just close your eyes and have a look back to your day, your successes and what else could have been done to make it even better. This will help us in assessing our efforts throughout the day.

6.And finally repeat after me:
